i read the rules and it says there is an entrance hex clearly marked. 
there is no word ENTRANCE on the map on the south end. there is an EXIT 
hex on the north end.

generally errata is freely distributed without any copyright notice 
(just don't tell Star Fleet Battles players that!!)
