Hmmm, from my dealings with Pyramid magazine, who is reprinting stuff from 
various magazines, my impression was that TSG bought first rights, and the 
articles that are being reprinted are those owned by SJ himself. I'll confirm 
with SJ and Pyramid and post a followup.
