(TFT) Microtures

(Lifting my head above water for one brief moment...)

I got a copy of The Space Gamer #22, and on page 4 there's a full-page
ad for TFT Microtures - miniature metal figures!  They list 12 different
sets of figures (including a 7-hex dragon!) and an Ogre Mk. V.

This ad re-appears on the inside back cover of TSG #23.

Were these items ever actually produced?  Has anyone ever seen them?
