(TFT) Rebuilding the TFT list

Somehow the TFT mailing list got completely blown away in the past few days.

I've been able to re-build the list from the log file, but I may have added a
few people who'd unsubscribed, or used an incorrect address, or made some
other sort of mistake.

If you've been added to the list in error, I apologize.  Drop me a line and
I'll remove you immediately.

The digest form of this list was *not* affected.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, but we should be back to what
passes for normal now!
