(TFT) Quickdraw v. Fastdraw

It's found on General Questions (pg. 1).  I had never seen this before you
mentioned it (ironically, we both used the same correlation of Iaijutsu.  We
must both be Bushido fans)  but the rule was never made official.  I also
see it as being too expensive at three points but having both hands free
seems realistic (ala 3 Musketeers).
What do you think?
