	I liked Steve Jackson's unpretensious Game Master in
the rules.  (D&Ders where always _DUNGEON MASTERS_).
However when Howard T. was trying to get the world to forget
Steve Jackson, changing the name to Fantasy Master was one of
his many improvements.

	The rule that says fighters do +1 damage was in the Codex.
