The way to ballance GURPS Psionics is to pick a
maximum Psionic Power that you feel will work in you
campaign, and stick with it. I typically allow a Psionic Power
of 3 or 4 in a normal campaign, but it can be improved by 3
or 4 points using drugs and ultra tech in a Space campaign.
