Adds a measure of danger if you're fighting on the edge of a cliff, natural
bridge, etc - anything where there is a long fall involved.  Also if the 
knockback bashes the victim up against a wall, spikes, etc.  All of which
isn't ordinarily seen in TFT.  Might make some PCs think twice about
engaging a large creature guarding a natural causeway.
