Actually it is versus charge attack, but "charge attack" is defined as just moving adjacent from non-adjacent, no matter what you do or how far you move.
Also, you're mistaken about f or e going first based on DX. Fingoul goes first, because all pole charge attacks go before all non-pole attacks (except final ranged attacks), even those not involved in the charge. Fingoul goes first because he's the only one with a pole weapon in a charge attack.
This of course referring to AM rules as published. House rules can of course do whatever the players think makes sense.
