Can't we all get along?
To whom it may concern,
I enjoy reading the posts but why argue about generally insignificant stuff. We all have different ways we view RPG's especially one of our loves TFT. Realism vs. cinematic, does it really matter. Just run it the way your group likes to play it. This list has a habit of chasing more folks away because of disagreements over realism than any other topic. One of the folks, just came back to the list after leaving for awhile and gets verbally derided for asking a question. Come on!
I chose TFT because it was easy, fast, fun, and not level based! How many of you can say you can play this game now without the rules? How many other RPGs can you play without constantly refering to the rules? This is why I like TFT!!! Even though I have not played the game in over ten years except for PBEM, this is still the most simplest almost realistic set of rules I have ever played and my favorite RPG.
Poll?
How many of you are cinematic GMs?
How many of you are realistic GMs?
How many of you play TFT healing like D&D healing?
Yours in Cidri,
Justin
