Sorry! Forgot to specify that the Dex penalty just applies to ONE(1)
opponent
or the total penalty (ex -4 dex) can be split amongst your attackers like
this:
1 opponent (-4 dex)
2 opponents (-2 dex/ea or -1 and -3 or 0 and -4)
3 opponents ( -1, -1 and -2 or 0, -2 and -2 or etc.)

You just get the -4 dex from my example as a total penalty to your
opponents'
attacks, not to be applied against each of them at the same full value.
Hope this clarified my example.

Ex/ a character with 15 or 16 dex can go on the defensive or be cautious and
hold back up to 1/4 of their Adj weapon skill roll as a defensive bonus
against
their opponent's attacks. In this case their own attack roll would be
reduced to
12 or less and they'd have -4 dex to apply as a penalty to their opponent's
attacks
either singly or divided between any and all attackers.
(who they are most worried about could get the greater penalty)
