making talents cheaper / ways for people to get more talents?

        If you did have a way, give a quick (1 or 2 sentence)
summary of the theory behind how it works.

Yes. Allows you to split IQ into IQ and KN (Knowledge). Each 1 point of IQ
either acts as regular IQ or you can lower your IQ by -1 and use the extra
IQ as TWO points of KN for buying Talents.
