There is a real chance that HT does not own the
rights to TFT.  If Metagaming went bankrupt, 
the rights are owned by the creditors.  Anyone
negotiating with him should double check that
he actually CAN sell you the rights.

This may be why he insists on a 'give me a check,
no paperwork' type of deal.
