(TFT) OOPS! MicroTactix redirect down!

OOPS!

The redirect service I'm using to the temporary web site is apparently 
down, rendering the URL http://welcome.to/microtactix inaccessible. I 
have reported it, and I hope it's temporary. Meanwhile, you can still 
reach the site at the DIRECT URL:

http://www.evansville.net/~guymc/microtactix
