I've said that fatigue (fST) can knock you unconscious
but can't kill you.  If you have spent both fST and 
taken damage, you fall unconscious unless the damage 
is enough to kill you on its own.

I have rules for fatigue superscripts that allow 
people to buy fST with out putting up their ST.  These
are in my modest area off Joe's main page.
