Re: What play aids do you use? -- 15 mm figures.

Rick,
There are a load of companies making 15mm figures.
Fantasy wargaming is still popular in 15mm.
I have been playing a load of Hordes of the Things lately.

Many of the Historic wargame figure producers include a range of fantasy figures.

For example:
In the US Splintered Light produce a great range of 15mm Fantasy figures:
Splintered Light Miniatures

In the UK Alternative Armies are still producing and expanding the old Table Top miniatures ranges as well as their own:

The ranges really expand if you include 10mm, 12mm or 18mm figures too.

Regards,

Hi Rich, everyone.
Rich, do very many companies make 15 mm figures?  I thought
Metagaming was alone in doing that size?

  Warm regards, Rick.

I switched from counters to the Martian Metals 15mm TFT figures that came out in the late 70s.  I've supplemented their figures with other manufactures' figures over the years but have stuck with the 15mm size.

I craft terrain pieces myself.  The FB group 'The Tabletop Crafters Guild' is a good resource for sharing tips and inspirational photos.  The main hosts there also have YouTube videos to step you through their builds.  They mostly seem to use 28-30mm figures but the ideas are the same for any size.
